Shipping and customs
Where orders ship from
All Louxxe orders ship from Vietnam.
How long it takes
Delivery takes about 3 to 4 weeks.
Shipping cost
Shipping is $78 for the first piece and $10 for each extra piece in the same order. We ship worldwide, so ordering several pieces together is the cheapest way to buy. Orders with items totaling $800 or more ship free.
Customs
Because your package crosses a border, customs can inspect it, delay it, hold it or keep it. That decision belongs to the customs office, not to Louxxe. We are not responsible for customs holds, delays or seizures.
Import duties and taxes
Your price does not include import duties, taxes or VAT. Depending on your country, the carrier or customs may ask you to pay them when the package arrives. We do not control these charges and cannot refund them.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link about 1 week after you order, once your package is handed to the carrier. We ship from Vietnam with international carriers, and they update tracking a little slower than carriers you may know, like FedEx or DHL, so the first scan can take a few days to appear. Use the link to follow your package and to see the official reason if customs holds it.
