Where does Louxxe ship from?
All orders ship from Vietnam and are sent worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
About 3 to 4 weeks. We email a tracking link about 1 week after you order, once the package is handed to the carrier. International carriers update tracking a little slower than FedEx or DHL, so the first scan can take a few days.
How much does shipping cost?
$78 for the first piece and $10 for each extra piece in the same order. Orders with items totaling $800 or more ship free.
Do I pay import duties or taxes?
Your price does not include import duties, taxes or VAT. Depending on your country, the carrier or customs may ask you to pay them when the package arrives.
Can customs hold my package?
Yes. Customs can inspect, delay, hold or keep a package. Louxxe is not responsible for customs holds or seizures. Your tracking link shows the official reason if that happens.
Can I return an item?
No. All sales are final, so please check the size and color before you buy.
Which Goyard colors do you carry?
Every Goyard model comes in black, black and tan, navy, sky blue, green, grey, red, burgundy, orange, yellow, pink and white.
Which brands does Louxxe sell?
Goyard, Gucci, Prada, Onitsuka Tiger and Nike, including duffles, totes, toiletry bags, laptop pouches, wallets, shoulder bags and sneakers.
How are pieces checked before they ship?
Each piece is checked by hand before it ships. See the authentication page for what we look at.
How can I pay?
Pay by card or Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely by Square.
How do I pick a shoe size?
Shoes use US men's sizes. Nike says the Air Force 1 fits large, so order half a size down. Onitsuka Tiger recommends buying a size smaller. Each shoe page has a size guide.
